Our services and products are available for purchase by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Any purchases made for children must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the order. Children may not directly access or make purchases through the site.

For any children participating as models for Cyrus LaRosche Design clothing or projects, a signed parental or legal guardian consent agreement is required prior to participation. Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information and for overseeing and approving their child’s involvement at all times.

All content, designs, artwork, and materials created by Cyrus LaRosche Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This work may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

Pricing for services and products is clearly listed on our website. Payment is required before the delivery of final products or assets. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once work has begun.

Cyrus LaRosche Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or products. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if these Terms of Service are violated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. While we work with clients nationwide and internationally, all services and any related disputes are interpreted under Colorado law.
