Cyrus LaRosche Design values transparency and fairness in all client relationships. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for physical products, creative services, subscriptions, and consultations.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased and the stage of fulfillment at the time a request is submitted. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery or service completion, unless otherwise noted. To submit a request, please use the Refund Request Form located at the bottom of this page. Providing as much detail as possible helps us review your request quickly and fairly.
Refund or replacement requests for physical products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and may be considered for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Once a product has been delivered to the address provided, Cyrus LaRosche Design is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Any claims related to theft, misdelivery, or loss after delivery should be addressed with the shipping carrier or delivery service. Because many products are produced in limited runs or made to order, refunds may not be available once an order has been processed or shipped. Proof of issue may be required.
Refunds for graphic design services and creative work are not guaranteed once work has begun. Creative time, concept development, and production are non-recoverable. If a project is canceled before substantial work has been completed, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
Refunds for consultations are not offered once a session has taken place. Rescheduling may be accommodated with reasonable advance notice, but missed or unattended sessions are not eligible for refund.
Payments for subscriptions or memberships, including those related to upcoming or evolving digital products or applications, are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If delivery timelines or features change, we may offer alternative value, extended access, or account credit at our discretion.
All refund requests must be submitted using the form below, including relevant order, project, or subscription details. Each request is reviewed individually, and determinations are made with care and fairness. Cyrus LaRosche Design reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall outside the scope of this policy or violate our Terms of Service.
